Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the Alabanza Creators Program ("Program"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. Alabanza reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and modifications will be posted on this website.
Eligibility: To be eligible for the Program, you must be 18 years of age or older and have an active Instagram and/or TikTok account. Alabanza reserves the right to select Program participants at its discretion.
Creator Obligations: Creators agree to create high-quality content that showcases Alabanza products in a positive and authentic manner. The content must comply with the following guidelines:Creators agree to publish content on their social media within the agreed timeframe. Creators agree to use the discount code or affiliate link provided by Alabanza to generate sales.
Alabanza Rights: Alabanza reserves the right to use content created by Creators on its own social media, website, and marketing materials. Alabanza reserves the right to terminate a Creator's participation in the Program at any time, if it believes they have violated these Terms.
Compensation: Creators will receive free Alabanza products to create content. Creators will receive a 20% commission on each sale generated through their discount code or affiliate link. Commission payments will be made weekly via PayPal, bank transfer, or any other agreed-upon method.
Confidentiality: Creators agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information provided by Alabanza.
Intellectual Property: Creators retain ownership of their content, but grant Alabanza a non-exclusive license to use it.
Exclusion of Liability: Alabanza is not responsible for any damages that may arise from participation in the Program.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
